WHO IS:
He began his career in the world of chocolate pastry winning several competition in Italy and abroad. He has never left the traditional crasftsmanship. Due to his choices oriented to the environmental safeguard, he is founding member of the Fine Chocolate Organization, an association of chocolate producer that points to the cocoa supply without the exploitation of labor. (www.mircodellavecchia.it)
